Moment of silence for the brother of Guillermo Castillo’s brother, Jose Joaquin, as he is no longer with us. Poor Ivana Trump, died suddenly at her home on July 14th, 2022, due to blunt force trauma to her internal organs. The medical examiner determined that it was a tragic accident and that she had probably fallen down the stairs in her Manhattan apartment.
