In what has to be the most bizarre, unfounded rumor of 2022, there is now a user on tiktok, @DearJane1 who posts anonymous celebrity gossip on tiktok.
She re-enacted a tip sent in to her by someone who apparently worked in PR on a late night talk show, they suspected something when the host invited a certain A list singer on the show suspiciously often and the one day when they were backstage they spied the a-list singer and the host kissing, but then were thinking, “Wait, aren’t they with this comedian?”
Did Ariana Grande and Jimmy Fallon hook up?
Which would make sense, if this were Jimmy Fallon, Ariana Grande, and Pete Davidson. People started making the connection between the year 2018 and Jimmy Fallon because Jimmy invited Ariana on the show no less than 4 times.
For one thing, this is a bit of a stretch because Jimmy Fallon is married, for another, yes Ariana has had her fair share of relationships but it’s a bit unfair to accuse her of cheating. Besides that, it kind of doesn’t matter at this point because they didn’t end up together anyway. Pete Davidson is now happily off with Kim Kardashian, making Ye jealous.
However, this is just a rumor, and there’s been nothing to confirm (or deny) that this ever happened, it was just an anonymous tip on tiktok that the internet has run wild with because that’s what the internet does.
In classic conspiracy theory style, it has taken something that may or may not be true and spun it into something that people are all in an uproar about. Neither Jimmy Fallon nor Ariana Grande have come forward and commented on anything to do with it, and guess what? They won’t, because it’s most probably not true, and even if it was – hey, everybody’s gotta have some secrets.
But most probably, it isn’t. Ariana is 28 years old and Jimmy Fallon is 47 years old, they would have been 24 and 43 in 2018 and while that’s not the world’s biggest age gap, they just don’t seem like each other’s type. So let’s give the internet a big ol’ hand for blowing things way out of proportion… again! Stay tuned!!!
