Andrew Tate is facing a new lawsuit alleging sexual assault and battery, as well as gender violence, filed by his former girlfriend, Bri Stern. The lawsuit details a disturbing incident of alleged violence and threats, adding to the mounting legal challenges against the controversial social media personality.
Stern’s lawsuit recounts an alleged assault that took place in Tate’s room at The Beverly Hills Hotel. She claims that during a consensual sexual encounter, Tate’s behavior abruptly turned violent and degrading. According to the lawsuit, Tate began choking her, continuing even as she cried and begged him to stop.
Andrew Tate Faces New Sexual Assault Lawsuit from Ex-Girlfriend Bri Stern
Stern alleges that Tate choked her with increasing force, nearly causing her to lose consciousness, while simultaneously striking her face and head. She further claims that Tate threatened her life during the assault, stating he would kill her if she ever crossed him. Stern says she endured the assault until Tate climaxed, after which she pretended nothing had happened in order to safely leave the hotel. She later sought medical attention and reported the incident to the police.
Stern’s lawsuit also details a pattern of alleged manipulation and grooming, beginning with their initial meeting in Romania, where she was booked for a modeling job. She claims that Tate initially presented himself as charming but quickly revealed a degrading and threatening demeanor, referring to her as his “property,” an “idiot,” a “w****,” and “just a hole.” She alleges that he threatened her with sexual trafficking, imprisonment in Romania, and rape.
The lawsuit further alleges that Tate made repeated death threats during assaults, stating, “If you ever f*** with me, I will f****** kill you. I mean it. I will kill you.”
This lawsuit adds to Tate’s existing legal troubles. He and his brother, Tristan Tate, were arrested in Romania in 2022 on charges of forming a criminal organization and Andrew Tate faces rape charges in Romania. They also face sexual assault lawsuits in the U.S. and the UK. To date, neither brother has been convicted of any crimes.
Stern is represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is also representing numerous alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In response to the lawsuit, Andrew Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride called Tony Buzbee a “lowlife bottom feeder” and referencing Jay-Z’s lawsuit against Buzbee, stating that they intend to pursue similar legal action.
