‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re set to kick off a new week with a fun looking character building episode.
There’s a mystery afoot as the search for Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) continues, but it feels like most are taking their time with it on camera.
Good thing Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J Eddie Peck) are on the case.
And Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is about to fall off the wagon and down a mountain. It’s not going to be pretty.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Monday, April 29: Finding a clue
While Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) holds Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) hostage to get Claire’s location out of her, Victoria and Cole are going to do their own digging.
They’ll start at the room Jordan was renting, which is a surprise no one else bothered yet (Good job, Victor!).
It looks like they’ll find a doll with a key inside it, and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect Victoria will recognize what it is and know where to look.
Of course, they’re in a race against time since Claire could be locked away in an empty beer tank with the vents closed or something like that and the longer they take the worse it’ll be.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Monday, April 29: Nikki blames herself
In a twist that seems inevitable, Nikki will go to the Abbott mansion to see Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) as her sponsor and will ask how everyone’s doing.
This is where things could go sideways as we think she’ll try to take full responsibility for everything that happened by getting Jordan help instead of letting her go out on her own terms.
She’ll point out that Claire wanted her to let Jordan die, but she made the decision to call for help and that led to her escape.
She’ll even tell Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) to blame her for everything that’s happened.
Summer may soften some on her stance toward Claire, but we doubt it. What we are sure of is she won’t blame Nikki, but she’ll wish she let Jordan die.
We expect this will lead to Nikki having a full blown meltdown as her guilt will shove her off the wagon and into a ravine.
It’s not going to be pretty, but then not much about this storyline has been.
