‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicates that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is all done with feeling badly about the pain she caused her family and friends with the tip to the SEC.
While she seemed distraught for a time, it was obviously short-lived. Nina is not about to turn over a new leaf, but instead is looking to take the gloves off. She never seems to learn.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Losing it All
GH’s Nina Reeves lost everything when the news broke that she had been the one to tip off the SEC. She lost her job at Crimson, her budding relationship with her daughter Willow Corinthos (Kate MacMullen) and her marriage to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
While she initially seemed contrite and disturbed by how her actions caused Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to almost die, it didn’t take long for her to justify her actions.
She quickly began to note that Drew and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) only suffered because they did the insider trading in the first place. She was doing the “right” thing by turning them in.
The loss of her job and her relationships didn’t put her off her game for long. Instead of learning from it and looking to better herself, she has jumped back into old patterns.
She takes every opportunity to get back at the people who have hurt her, but this is not going to earn her any points with the people she wants in her life. Will she ever “get it”?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sticking It to Carly
Nina is always going to do whatever she can to stick it to Carly. Trying to stick it to Carly with the SEC tip is what brought Nina’s world to the ground already, but she just can’t get enough of it. She slept with Drew on the office floor and the only reason she would do that is to try to hurt Carly.
Nina also started a rumor that Carly has a thing with FBI agent GH’s John Cates (Adam J. Harrington). When Willow finds out about Nina’s latest antics, it is not going to win Nina any points with her. Everything Nina does pushes Willow farther away.
