ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal this week might be it for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss). We’re not sure how we feel about that, as the actor seems to fit well with what they’ve been doing. At the same time, the character has definitely had his problems since being reintroduced via Marcus Coloma. But now it looks like all those sins are about to come back on Nikolas. Here’s what you need to know.

So, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal the weekly promo is called, “All About Nikolas.” So, it naturally is focused on him and those affected by what’s been going on. First up is Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). She’s had enough of this game and is ready to face the music. She’ll tell Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) she’s prepared to turn herself in.
We can just imagine how that will go over with Nikolas when he hears. There’s little she can do to face up to her own sin without exposing Nikolas as well. And after he brought her mother into the mix, we doubt she’s worried about protecting him. It’s good to see she’s learned something from all of this.

Elsewhere, we’ve got Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal the last we saw him, he’d gone to the point of no return. Without actually spelling things out, he used enough of Nikolas’ words in that confession to make things clear to his father. Of course, that left Laura Webber (Genie Francis) confused. This week, it looks like she’ll want some clarification.
There’s a clip in the promo where Spencer promises he’s not going to let his father destroy anyone else. This is another side to Spencer and we’re torn. We liked seeing his growth since Chavez took over the role. But it does look like he’s going to a very dark place in the days and weeks ahead. So, we’re hoping Laura and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) can get through to him before Spencer embraces the Cassadine side of him too much.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Consequences
Finally, there’s a consequence to Spencer and Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) teaming up. Nikolas now knows there’s zero hope of reaching his son. And now he knows exactly who to blame: Ava. Might this be the end of the character? At least, for now? The promo shows him with Ava, and you know he didn’t stop by to see how she’s settling in at Wyndemere. We sense a big blowup ahead, and a Wyndemere fight always has potential for serious consequences. Especially since there’s a bloody hand in the promo, too. Will it be either of them, or something else entirely? We’ll see.
