‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) both be dumped by Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Is it time for Sally to find love again and break free from the brother-love triangle?
There is no denying that when Adam lied to Sally and pushed her away, he made a terrible mistake. Sally was deeply hurt when Adam pretended he was no longer in love with her because she knew it simply wasn’t the case. All of this was a misguided attempt to keep Sally’s job, but Adam ought to have told the truth and trusted Sally to tell it.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) Needs To Escape This Love Triangle, Even If It Means Losing Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)
Sally was left feeling foolish because Adam broke her heart because he believed he knew best. Sally never gave Adam any reason to believe that she was someone who needed protection; instead, he treated her like a helpless child who needed to be coddled.
Due to Sally’s inability to take the chance of experiencing more heartache, Adam is now paying the price for his earlier deeds. Sally is drawn to Nick’s kindness and dependability, but can their relationship last given all the people who will undoubtedly be against them? Nick is sure that the conflict between Sally and Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) is history, but Summer might not really be over it.
Summer can’t just forgive and forget Sally’s role in causing her and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to fall out of favor. Even if Summer could, it seems strange that her father would date a former foe. Nick will always have to keep an eye on Adam, as well as Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) disapproval, which is another issue.
