‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show in a preview for next week we see the possible end of the Lochness Monster! After Ashland figures out how to get inside and near Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), they get into a domestic dispute, and they end up shoving each other back and forth.
Cut to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) showing up and asking Ashland if he touched Victoria and throwing a huge hook to his jaw, Ashland falls to the ground and hits his head on the fireplace. We see blood pouring out of his head and he doesn’t respond to Nick.

Fans reacted to the preview saying, “Despite this horrid mess of a storyline… Robert Newman is giving me Kirk Cranston vibes, and I am here for that.”, “Oh boy. It’s JT all over again.. Even I can tell he didn’t push him that hard”, “Wow…didn’t see this coming? It does look like what happened to JT years ago!”, “I am not saying Victoria deserves all that happened to her but she is never humbled by anything… she continued to hold her nose up in the air especially towards Sally and Adam. I just can’t stand that about her.”, “Nick knocked out Ashland! Well like Smokey always say “You got knocked the fugg out!” Plus a bloody mess as well” and “I knew somebody was going to get hurt…so now the question is Ashland really dead?…when Nick and Victoria came back in the house he was gone…”
A head injury like that could be very bad, and if this is the end of Ashland Locke, it was very anti-climatic. I think he will end up being okay because this show needs an interesting villain.
