So, one part of her conservatorship was that her father and the team working with her were in total control of her career as well. This meant that Spears was not always happy with the end results on a project. In a recent post, she took aim at the covers for her albums over the course of the arrangement.

Said Spears, “I haven’t been shot well, though. I’ve never been more humiliated and embarrassed in my life than during the years in my conservatorship.” She went on to explain, “I had one good cover in 13 years of my conservatorship…the rest were all extremely bad. They could have at least cheated and used technology.”

Lessons from Britney Spears

Ultimately, Britney Spears pointed out that the true beauty is energy. She wrote that happy people with good energy are attractive. They draw light, and we can’t agree more. There really is an obvious vibe people give off when they’re happy and genuinely good people.

She also spoke about how she took the time to embrace not caring or thinking, just doing, when making a meal. “I ate it in literally two seconds…I felt two years old with the kind of satisfaction that can only come from the wisest of the wise and I realized the damage of my thinking.”

Sounds like a great reminder to embrace the inner child and just not think too much about things. Just be and enjoy. Spears closed off the lengthy message by asking people to love themselves.
