While there are certainly a lot of women out there who would love to say that they are dating Brad Pitt, Andra Day isn’t one of them. That, or she’s just not ready yet. The 36-year-old recently clarified the rumors suggesting that she is dating Angelina Jolie’s estranged husband. Here’s what she has to say.
In an interview with ET Online, the singer says that there’s no way that she and Brad Pitt are dating, considering that they’ve never even been in the same room together.
“Oh my gosh, child, especially because we’ve never met,” she quipped of Pitt. “So I was like, ‘Oh, alright.’ My sister actually hit me up after, she was like, ‘You met Brad Pitt?’ I said, ‘I guess so. I guess we did.'”

She added, “We’re not dating. We don’t even know each other. It is hilarious. It was thin air. Somebody was bored that day.”
With that said though, Day still had plenty of great things to say about the Hollywood actor. She praised him by saying, “He’s great, though, super talented, wonderful.”
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt’s other ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, recently confirmed that she and the actor are still on speaking terms and that they are even very good friends, too. Aniston said that she and Pitt couldn’t be in a better place now as she recently had fun doing a live table read of Fast Times at Ridgemont High with her famous ex. She also revealed that she and Pitt do keep in touch from time to time.
“And we speak, and there’s no oddness at all, except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be, or assumed there to be,” Aniston continued of her relationship with Pitt. “We had fun, and it was for a great cause, [Sean Penn’s nonprofit] CORE.”
