NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal after a lot of time and drama, we not only learned Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) is alive, but she’s been rescued by Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).
There’s just one problem—she suffered head trauma prior to Ben getting there, so she lost several years of her life. While Ben tried hard, he hasn’t been able to get through to Ciara. So, let’s take a look at the latest, as well as what show runner Ron Carlivati says about the situation.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Doomed?
As of now, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers make #Cin look like a doomed prospect. Ciara doesn’t remember falling in love with him and looks at him as the Necktie Killer. While we don’t like how cruel she’s been at times, we do understand that Ciara reacts like this when scared and confused.
That’s why Ben made the right call this week. He’d planned to kidnap Ciara and drag her back to the cabin. While it could have potentially jogged her memory, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) warned it could backfired terribly as well.
She begged him to reconsider his plot, and he did. Ultimately, he let her go after handing over the washer to her father’s bike. Of course, he made sure to mention her father, as Ciara wouldn’t take what he’d said was her engagement ring. Now, maybe there’s hope of that jogging something. We’ll see. So, what’s ahead?

In a recent Soap Opera Digest interview, Carlivati promised that Ciara will be back, “Sooner than we think.” It seems, from reading the interview, that this whole amnesia thing was done out of necessity. In Konefal isn’t available or doesn’t want to be there full-time, he had a dilemma.
What happens to Wilson? We like that he took that into consideration, and the interview promises that Carlivati is working with Konefal to keep telling the story of #Cin. He, in fact, said her summer return has no specific end date as of yet, unlike this latest return. This is being met with mixed reaction from fans.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Problematic
So, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate #Cin was a very popular pairing, even if there were some detractors. And Carlivati said Ciara’s recent reaction to learning of her marriage was sort of an acknowledgment of the concerns fans had. However, the fact remains that the match worked for fans and many are not happy about how things have turned out.
In fact, some are calling for the part to be recast should Konefal not want to commit to more time onscreen. We’d agree that it would be a necessity at some point, but Carlivati is trying to avoid that.
He talked a bit about the chemistry between the actors and how it worked so well, but he is apparently open to the idea at some point if it comes down to that. For now, he seems confident that things can stay the same, and fans will be happy with what’s ahead.
