‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is in Genoa City and causing quite the uproar with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). I can’t wait to see why he’s really here. Well, I mean we know he’s here to try to scare Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), but why?
