First, Dulce Ambición spoilers indicate Evelina Sobral Ramirez (Nívea Maria) made a horrible choice. She’s just too loyal to her Ramirez blood, and she’s been conditioned to lie and protect her killer family for so long.
Still, Jos scamming Maria de la Paz should’ve been the last straw. She already seemed iffy about Jos, and made it clear she suspected her of stuff more than once. Still, she agreed to help Jos escape her crimes.

Especially with Chicle. He knows Jos’ latest near-victim is Virgínia “Vivi” Guedes’ (Paolla Oliveira) friend and photographer. But he still is willing to help her, which Vivi should be upset about.
Of course, there’s no way she can’t know Chicle didn’t try and kill Kim Ventura (Monica Iozzi) either, so maybe it won’t matter. Still, if Chicle is supposed to be this character worthy of redemption? He maybe shouldn’t enable those who hurt people Vivi cares about. #JustSaying

Speaking of people who should know better, let’s talk about Amadeu da Penha Matheus (Marcos Palmeira). He knows Jos scammed her mother (his former love, who he was told died).
Plus, he knows she manipulated Gilda Miranda (Heloísa Jorge), causing her to make a decision that ultimately cost her her life. He should be ready for some tough love at this point, but nope. He tells Jos he knows she’s a murderer, but he will try to help her tonight. For real.
We’re seriously hoping Maria de la Paz’s motherly love is so strong she begs him to do this. However, this is the same guy who housed a relative who tried to shoot Maria de la Paz. So, his standards aren’t great. And all we have to say is, no one in this show deserves Maria de la Paz.
