While Dafne argued with Eugenio Ibarra (Francisco Avendaño), Martha Bustos de Ibarra (Patricia Martínez) ran off with the baby. Dafne discovered this quickly enough to follow them, accompanied by Ariadna—and the police.
Eventually, the cab driver realized what was happening and stopped, despite Martha’s objections. This is where the story gets a little more understandable. She’s basically seeing this baby as her lost son.
Not to mention another opportunity to fix all the mistakes she and Eugenio made. Dafne managed to talk her down and get the baby back—with a promise they’ll leave her be.
Of course, Dafne isn’t forgiving one person. That would be Bárbara. She won’t let her kids sit at the same table with her, or be anywhere near her without Dafne’s supervision or someone she trusts.
This whole situation made Bárbara remember a situation from her past and she clearly feels some guilt. We’ll see how that changes things going forward.

Meanwhile, Dafne had another problem. Clara María “Clarita” Ibarra Falcón (Mía Martínez) managed to get some alone time in Bárbara’s office—with crayons. As you probably guessed, the kid was drawing all over important papers when Dafne caught her.
While cleaning up the mess, Dafne found a death certificate for a newborn baby with Bárbara’s name listed as the mother. Sounds like a Cennet situation going on to us. We’re curious to see what’s next.

Meanwhile, Gael feels horrible about his confession to Dafne. He spent most of the episode obviously pouting over it and being testy with others. We’re still thinking this will be all for nothing. It’ll likely turn out he’s not actually biologically part of the Falcón Albarrán family.

Speaking of the family, while Álvaro is pawning stuff and looking for any job he can find to support himself and help the family home situation, Eduardo wanted to sell the car.
You know, the one Ariadna needs to get their son to school, therapy, etc. It looks like they’re doing it, but the suggestion led to a huge fight. He actually had the guts to call her out for running back to Journalism and act like she’s neglecting the kid when he’s the one who ran off to the States.
And left her pretty much on her own with everything. Plus, we doubt he’d even be thinking of anything regarding that mortgage if Bárbara and Álvaro both hadn’t called and taken him to task. We see who the real man is in that family.

Finally, let’s see what’s up for tonight. Vencer el desamor spoilers tease Barbara will learn Calixto Borjórquez (Tizoc Arroyo) is an imposter and he’s just looking for access to the house.
Meanwhile, Ariadna has to take Tadeo Falcón López (Iker García) to work with her, which leads to him having a huge fit in front of everyone. We can just imagine how that will go over with the boss.
Plus, Álvaro will be in a mess, as Barbara learns about his divorce by accident. She’ll give him a lot of grief about keeping all this from her. Finally, we guessed right. Gemma Corona (Valentina Buzzurro) discovers she’s pregnant tonight.
