Disney+’s ‘The Mandalorian’ Had A ‘Deadwood’ Reunion You May Have Missed!

Disney+’s ‘The Mandalorian’ season 2 opener had a lot of incredible things in it! From the appearance of actor John Leguizamo, the shocking appearance of Temeura Morrison as Boba Fett and more! However, as a fan of ‘Deadwood’, one more thing I found absolutely delightful was Timothy Olyphant!

Olyphant played a sheriff in HBO’s ‘Deadwood’ as well as the main character in ‘Justified’. His appearance in this episode as ‘The Marshall’ was a fun tongue in cheek bit for fans of him. He played Cobb Vanth, a man who purchased Boba Fett’s Mandalorian armor from some Jawas who saved him.

He used this armor to protect his small town and fight back against the sand people and other bandits. However, there’s more!

Disney+’s ‘The Mandalorian’ Had A ‘Deadwood’ Reunion You May Have Missed!

For fans of ‘Deadwood’, not only was Timothy Olyphant present, but so was W. Earl Brown, or better known as Dan Dority from ‘Deadwood’! He portrayed the Weequay Proprietor or the guy behind the bar counter of the small village!

While he was in a full face mask and prosthetics, it’s a little treat for ‘Deadwood’ fans to see the two reunited in ‘The Mandalorian’ and if you didn’t know before, it may be fun to give it a quick rewatch!
