CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that though she tries to present herself as a strong, independent woman who doesn’t need a man, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is lovesick about Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). They’ve been having casual hookups ever since the ice storm, but it doesn’t look so casual. Phyllis was acting like a teenager today trying to text Nick and not tell Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) who it was.
Phyllis and Amanda talked guys today, and while Phyllis was trying to push Amanda to go after Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), Amanda found out that Phyllis has a “man”. Phyllis didn’t give up his name, but it’s only a matter of time until other people besides Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) know.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis Is Lovesick – Can’t Stop Thinking About Nick
Even though they told each other they got this out of their “system”, Phyllis and Nick continue to talk and meet up with each other. Though it could be argued that Nick doesn’t understand this text message, I think he’ll get the point. Maybe this time they will get caught or someone will see them together. Whatever’s going on it can’t last long. News spreads around Genoa City fast, and there are eyes everywhere. There’s a solid chance Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) already knows about it. Do you think he doesn’t know what goes on in his CEO’s office?
In all seriousness, I don’t mind Phyllis when she’s around Nick. She seems like a different person, a decent person. However, under no circumstances would I want them back together. There’d be way too much to worry about, like Phyllis blackmailing his little sister for the hotel. Plus, as I said, Phyllis is just a terrible person.
