While we haven’t seen David Chocarro (Saúl Aguirre) on this season (his character was found dead almost right away), it seems Carlos still feels a connect with David, as well as the cause he’s promoting. In another Instagram post, he shared a project near to David’s heart. His sister, Merlina Chocarro, edited a book about Domestic Violence. It’s called “Ya No Quiero Esto (I don’t want this anymore).” The project is currently part of a crowd-funding campaign and promises to be a helpful tool for people dealing with domestic violence.
On the crowd-funding page, we get a bit of insight into the project. It’s a short book that uses simple terms and graphics to help people recognize the signs and develop solutions to leave. They offer a variety of rewards, including getting the book for a special sale price. We love that Carlos stepped up to help promote this project. Interestingly enough, the themes of the book have been a big part of the series. As for Carlos and his character, sadly, he’s dealing with the bad side of being part of a good fight. In Monday’s episode, he learned his son, Ángel Contreras (Diego Escalona) died after they were hit by a car. It just so happened, the guilty party is Lucho Navarette (Bernardo Flores). He’s one of the Rainbow killers and takes pleasure in treating women like dirt. He even tortures them a bit before he finishes them off. It’s a sad story, and it seems as though it might lead to a change in León.
La Doña spoilers indicate he’s seeing red over his son’s death. He is sure it has to do with work, and he took things a step toward the darker side Monday. He left the hospital and went home to study up on some of his current and former cases. After that, he then snuck up on his boss, Ricardo Vidal (Eric del Castillo) with a gun. He’s demanding answers, and he’s sure Vidal has them. We’re looking forward to where this goes next. Here’s one possibility…
Telemundo La Doña Spoilers: Teamwork
Altagracia Sandoval (Aracely Arambula) is grateful to León, even if turned her back on him for a bit. Following Ángel’s death, she visited him in the hospital to thank him for all he did to save Mónica Hernández (Danna Paola), as well as herself. La Doña reveal Altagracia was so devastated, she almost killed herself. He stopped her and now she wants to pay it forward. She offered her assistance in finding the people responsible for the accident and making them pay. Will he take her up on this? It’s looking good, but we’ll have to tune in to find out.
