‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate that when it comes to all of the shenanigans that go down in Salem, anything can certainly happen at anytime. That’s why a lot of Days of Our Lives viewers are already talking about the possibility of Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) getting pregnant with Stefan diMera’s (Brandon Barash) baby. After all, they have been getting pretty busy underneath the sheets, haven’t they? Here’s what you need to know.
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Gabi Pregnant With Stefan’s Baby?
Should Gabi get pregnant with Stefan’s baby, it will send shockwaves through Salem. Not only will Stefan lose the chance of ever getting with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), but he will be forced to make a huge decision about his future. After all, he and Gabi don’t get along really well even though they have undeniable chemistry between them. Plus, they’ve had love and hate relationship for a very long time. That’s not what you would call a very positive environment to be raising a baby in.

Of course, there are also plenty of other candidates in Salem who might end up sporting baby bumps in the coming months, too. There’s also no denying that Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Preston) can’t keep their hands off of each other. And if Ciara doesn’t get pregnant, then there’s a chance that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) or even Lani Price (Sal Stowers) might end up getting baby fever.
Going back to Gabi, however, this would be a miracle baby for her. As many fans remember, Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) told Gabi that it would be a miracle if she were to ever get pregnant again. Plus, Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Gabi and Stefan will get engaged and married in a quickie wedding this summer. First comes love, then comes marriage, then the baby in the baby carriage? You better believe it!
