Amber Heard Spotted Having Dinner In The Hamptons In First Public Appearance Since Trial Loss
This citing arrives in and amongst Amber’s first interview since the trial in which she outlined how the social media response towards the case had a disproportionate impact on her public perception.
Although she did not blame the jury for their decision, she felt the decision had to be seen in that wider context. In her comments, she said: “I don’t blame them, I actually understand. He’s a beloved character and people feel they know him. He’s a fantastic actor.”
With that being said, Heard was not going to command the same buzz as Depp when she was in public. It is not surprising, then, that her dinner’s have been underwhelming in comparison with Depp.
The latter was recently at a curry restaurant in Birmingham, England, where he had allegedly dropped $62,000 on some food. And yet, in comparison, Heard kept things simpler. According to reports, Heard was seen eating in the Hamptons with her sister Whitney Heard and the latter’s two children.
Although it was not as big as what Depp may have done, the very fact of the matter is that the restaurant in question (Calissa) is known for being frequented by major A-list celebrities. And by the looks of it, she was having a great time. A diner nearby confirmed as much: “It was good to see her out living her life again.”
The fans on social media, though, began to troll Heard over this citing. This was on the grounds that her dinners were bound to be low-key since she cannot afford to pay her damages to Depp. One person wrote: “At this point she would date me, considering I have a coupon for sizzler. Hit me up Amber.”
