Ali Fedotowsky has backed her close friend Jana Kramer to move on from the heartbreak of her impending divorce with Mike Caussin.

The pair decided to part ways after five years of marriage, which brought an end to Jana’s forgiveness of Mike’s infidelity. While Jana has struggled in the aftermath to deal with the fact that she is a single mother, Ali has been on hand to make sure she is okay. And by the sounds of it, it all seems to be looking good. In an interview with Us Weekly, she said: “I check in with her and whatever she needs.
“She’s a resilient person, and she has the best heart, and I just keep telling her…I know it’s going to be brighter [for Jana]. Tough days ahead, but brighter days ahead.” Ali, for her part, is fully aware of what it is like to be a mother. She has two children (Molly and Riley) with her husband, Kevin Manno. Jana, in contrast, is a mother to two kids as well: Jolie and Jace.
And it was during the course of their meetings that they started to bond over their kids. This led Ali to move to Nashville to be in the same neighbourhood as Jana, where they have started to form a really good friendship. She stated: “I will be there for her whenever she needs something, you know, we’ll have wine nights and girls’ sleepovers. I had my first sleepover in a long time with her the other day.”
It is quite evident that Jana has resorted to spending more time with her girlfriends in order to cope with the pain of her divorce. This has been seen through her Instagram activity, where she has been pictured enjoying her time on a yacht and sunbathing at the beach.
Jana often puts out her feelings quite publicly, which can sometimes be to her detriment, but it looks as though this authenticity has struck a chord with Ali. She continued: “Jana is the best. One of my favourite things about Jana is she is the type of person who invites people in.” It is great to see the duo have a really organic friendship, and long may that continue.
