That’s because some fans think that Adele looks completely unrecognizable. Here’s what you need to know.
In the pic, Adele is singing her praises to Beyonce and her new Disney Plus feature, Black is King. Adele captioned her photo with, “Thank you Queen for always making us all feel so loved through your art.”
Of course, it didn’t take very long for Adele’s fans and social media followers to comment on her photo. While everyone agrees that Beyonce’s Black is King is clearly a masterpiece in the making, others couldn’t help but comment on just how different Adele is looking these days. And no, it’s not about her weight, either.

Some comments included, “I kept touching the screen hoping a tag would come up telling me who the other queen was. Unrecognizable,” along with, “I love Adele and I’ve always been a big fan of her but if she bumped into me in the street I wouldn’t recognize her at all. It’s a shame that she doesn’t look like herself anymore. I mean at all.”
Another fan wrote, “Don’t get me wrong, she looks great but she doesn’t look like her…I mean even her face has so changed. If you saw her photo somewhere else you would have no idea that is Adele. I still love her and she looks amazing but unrecognizable.”
While Adele’s fans and critics can debate all day long as to whether or not this looks like the same Adele that everyone has fallen in love with in the past, one thing is for certain: her voices is still the same. That, and the fact that the mutual love between Adele and Beyonce will always be there. You can’t argue with that, right?
