Actor T.J. Miller has slammed his Deadpool co-star Ryan Reynolds’ treatment of him on set.
Actor T.J. Miller Bashes Deadpool Co-Star Ryan Reynolds-Refuses To Work With Him
Miller, for his part, is an integral part of the film’s franchise after having a part in the first two movies. His role as Weasel, the bartender, is something that has become known, even if he is not the main star. While the chemistry on screen came across well, it appears that behind the scenes, things were not very cordial.
Miller recalled an incident on set which left him with a long-lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. That is why he has no intention of working with Ryan. In his comments, Miller said: “Would I work with him again? No.
“We had a really weird moment on Deadpool where he said, ‘Let’s do one more take. And then, as the character, he was, like, horrifically mean to me.But to me. As if I’m Weasel.”
Although some may argue that this uncharacteristic behaviour may have been due to a simple case of a bad day at the office, Miller’s comments suggested otherwise. The actor expanded on how he felt belittled to the point where there appeared to be something personal.
And if that were the case, it explains why Miller has decided to cut all ties with the Hollywood star. Miller’s following comments confirmed as much: “He was like, ‘You know what’s great about you, Weasel?
“You’re not the star, but you do just enough exposition that it’s funny and then we can leave and get back to the real movie.” The fans on social media felt that Miller had taken things overboard.
A certain subset felt that this was all part and parcel of being in the acting profession. One person wrote: “How awful of tj miller. Tj miller is a snowflake poor Ryan he was doing his job he’s a joker.”
