American Actor Miles Teller has hit back at claims suggesting that he is an anti-vaxxer after speculation emerged over whether he had actually taken the Covid-19 vaccine.
American Actor Miles Teller Denies That He Is An Anti-Vaxxer-‘I Am Vaccinated’
The rumours first emerged on social media with people suggesting that he was unvaccinated. Naturally, people put two and two together by assuming that he was anti-vaxxer.
This was exacerbated given that he had recently appeared in Taylor Swift’s music video for her new song ‘I Bet You Think About Me.’ And given that he had allegedly caught Covid when he was filming ‘The Offer’ people were worried that he might have endangered Taylor.
The response on social media was not very kind. Many people felt that Miles should have been replaced by somebody else who was likely to pose less of a danger because of the uncertainty surrounding his vaccination status.
One person on social media wrote: “Why are so many people happy that Miles Teller is in the music video when he is a selfish jerk that isn’t vaccinated?”
While another stated: “Why would Taylor use Miles Teller? Isn’t that dude a big anti-vaxxer who caused a movie set to be shut down because he refused to get vaccinated and then got f***ing COVID?”
In order to silence all those critics, Miles came out on social media to clarify his position. By doing so, he made sure that he put everybody in their place.
In a post to his fans on social media, he said: “Hey guys, I don’t usually feel the need to address rumors on here but I am vaccinated and have been for a while. The only thing I’m anti is hate.”
Miles certainly put his critics to shame with these comments. And with Miles having confirmed that he is vaccinated, fans can rest assured that Taylor and any other stars that he comes across will not have any anxiety when it comes to working with him.
As a result, Miles can focus on doing what he does best: continuing to impress the fans with his acting performances which have garnered him so much praise over the years.
