Further news is coming to light over Garrett Hedlund’s recent arrest on the grounds of public intoxication.
Actor Garrett Hedlund Attempted To Jump Out Of A Car Prior To His Arrest For Public Intoxication
Reports had indicated that Garrett had been arrested and then released following the payment of a bond which occurred in the aftermath of his split from his ex Emma Roberts.
Although there were no serious injuries involved, the very fact of the matter is that on another day, things could have been a whole lot worse.
And so it showed, as claims began to emerge that the person who decided to call the police on Garrett had noticed that he had tried to jump out of a car during the earlier part of the day.
In addition, the very same man also stated how Garrett had apparently kicked him as well as swinging out at him. While the man did not want to press any charges, if these comments are taken to be true, then it does demonstrate that Garrett has to get his life in order very quickly.
Just when you thought that was bad, the authorities also made further disturbing revelations. It is suggested that a man told the police that Garrett was banging on a door that was at the rear of the building.
This was all apparently done, while he was drunk. When the authorities had questioned the actor over what he was doing, it is stated that he informed them that he was simply trying to retrieve some items that he had left inside in the building.
And yet, it is also important to remember that this is not the first time that Garrett has gotten himself on the wrong side of the law.
He had also reportedly crashed his car in 2020 after a case of driving under the influence of alcohol for which he was sued after colliding with another vehicle.
And given that he has problems controlling his alcohol levels, when it comes to staying in control at the wheel, something must be done before catastrophic consequences emerge. This is certainly a wake up call for Garrett, and now is no better time for him to act.
