ABC ‘The Bachelor’ Spoilers: What Does it Take to Be a Contestant?

There are many rules and regulations for contestants that star on the hit Bachelor shows. The contestants on the show don’t get a lot of perks. They have to bring their own wardrobe and no one is paid to do their hair and makeup. They do it all themselves. Technically, they do not get paid for being on the show. For the actual start of that season, they do get paid. They will make around $100,000! This is for their time on filming the show, promotions, endorsements, and other moments where they can make bonuses. They have a stylist and a hair and makeup team. They also have a personal assistant to help them while they are on the show. They get all of the perks that none of the other contestants do.

There have been a few sources that have the inside scoop on what really goes on with the payment. The $100,000 grand seems to be a number that is negotiable depending on how popular the star of the show is. Hannah Brown was chosen to be the bachelorette of the 15th season of the show. When they couldn’t agree on the amount to pay her, she told them she did not want to be the star of the show anymore. For the spin-offs, the contestants do get a free vacation. They do not get paid according to the insiders, but they think that fan favorites do get some sort of compensation. There are rumors that favorites such as Demi Burnett was paid to be on Bachelor in Paradise, but we are not fully confident about his.

If you are thinking of going on one of the Bachelor shows, then you may need to rethink that . Unless love is the only payment you need, you will not get much out of being on one of these shows.
