ABC ‘The Bachelor’ spoilers finds that there has been a lot of talk in the Bachelor Nation and fans of the show are pulling for Colton Underwood to get well and recover from the Coronavirus. His fans have gotten a lot of surprises this week. With his memoir coming out on March 31, he has been opening up a lot about how he is feeling and his life. One of the topics of discussion has been his sexuality. Apparently this is something that he has struggled with his entire life and now is opening up about it.

Colton is ready to share everything in his new memoir. He said that in high school he was very confused about his sexuality. He wasn’t sure if he was gay or what he was feeling. “I didn’t know who I was. And I come from an athletic family, so it was always, ‘Move on, you’re good!’ So that threw me off. In high school, when I was struggling with my sexuality, I’m not going to talk to my parents about it. So I internalized it.” Colton said that he was bullied in school starting at a very young age. He couldn’t tell people that he was thinking about being gay because this would have made it worse. He was also bullied about his weight and his looks.

“I was called fasto, four eyes and four lips, because I used to lick my lips, so I would constantly have a red ring around them… I was a little heavy, and that, combined with being socially awkward, let to a really hard time. I didn’t believe in myself. And I was super insecure.” As he got older and got into sports, he lost some weight and began to feel better about himself. As he got popular, there were other things to worry about and sex was one of them. “It was one of those things where you hear something so often, you start believing it. I thought, maybe I am gay. The captain of the football should be having sex and drinking, right? But I wasn’t.”
Colton has very strong Christian values and in college he dated Aly Raisman, who is an Olympic gymnast.They eventually broke up, but he was still a virgin and saw that sex was not needed right then. He signed up to be on the Bachelorette and got to meet Becca Kufrin. This led him to star on the Bachelor and the producers made it very clear that he was still a virgin. Then he met Cassie Randolph and he said, “I finally found someone I really just want to be with.” She is currently taking care of him and making him all better. We hope he gets well soon and you can buy his book on March 31. It is called The First Time.
