‘Outdaughtered’ spoilers told how little Riley needed a staple just above her temple to close the gash she received when falling in the bathroom earlier this month.
The good news is, she is all healed and the staple was removed last week- but not without tears from Riley. And father, Adam. On Instagram Adam Busby shared a picture of himself and 5-year-old Riley, one of Adam’s quintuplet daughters with wife Danielle Busby.
He captioned the photo with “Brought this stubborn little thing to get her staple taken out today. Who would have thought, this staple would have been more stubborn than her! We were both in tears through the process, but that’s now behind us.”

Staples are meant to come out easily and painlessly, so something went wrong for poor Riley, but it seems she has bounced back and is better for it. In fact, she’s now showing signs of a medical career!
Mom Danielle shred an equally adorable picture of two of her daughters; Riley providing medical assistance for sister, Ava’s unicorn.
Danielle captioned her shot with “Listening to Riley and Ava play Vet. ?Riley is the veterinarian and she asking Ava what happened to her unicorn because Riley is taking her ‘staple out’”
As previously reported on DSD, Danielle has had her share of medical issues. Her ongoing health saga will likely be one of the storylines shown this season when the Busby family returns to our screens this February.
Even if cameras didn’t capture Riley’s accident and ER visit, we are fairly certain audiences will hear about the ordeal.
Adam has joked that Oudaughtered has become “the Riley show”, with the outspoken youngster having many opinions on what, who and how the crew should film.
I’m sure she’ll let her 5 quint sisters- Ava, Parker, Hazel and Olivia, all 5 and big sister Blayke- 9 get some camera time. Tune in to Outdaughtered’s Season 8 premiers on February 23 on TLC to find out.
