‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers have been looking forward to these spoilers or a while, and we’re still not sure which way the wind will blow Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)
As advertised, he’s going to sever all ties to his family to go his own way and start over, but is this really his plan or is he trying to get the family to lower their guards?
This could have another effect as Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendirckson) will tell Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) that this could be her chance to start things over with a clean slate.
While we’re sure she doesn’t mean for her to do that with Adam, could that be a direction they go if she decides that will cure her heart and his woes?
As if things couldn’t get any worse for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), he’s going to get into a scuffle with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) after, we assume, he insulted Kyle.
Nothing like plenty of storylines to keep us entertained, right?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 29: Adam’s moving on
While Adam is intending to tell his father and siblings that he’s cutting ties to them and he just wants to be left in peace, it feels too perfect for some hairbrained scheme to get them to relax their guards.
To be fair, ‘Young and the Restless’ know they wouldn’t be dumb enough to believe her, and Adam would know that as well.
Of course, this doesn’t mean they won’t go in this direction anyway, but we’d like to see them cool this storyline for a while and bring Adam back with things in order and a new plan in hand.
This will open up a possible angle for Chelsea as Chloe will point out this is her chance to break away clean and start over.
Especially if Adam leaves Genoa City. Then she can remain behind and work at getting her business going and everything.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 29: Theo at it again
Theo has a constant bone to pick with his cousin, and a lot of the time it’s deserved.
‘Young and the Restless’ expect him to still be reeling from not being invited to spend time with his grandmother with the rest of the family, and he’ll take it out on Kyle.
Same stuff, different day, right?
This time, we suspect Kyle won’t be willing to accept Theo’s taunts and leave it at that, and a scuffle may break out. At the very least, Kyle will be hurling zingers his way because it’ll feel warranted.
Nothing like everything dumping on poor Kyle at once. Maybe next time he’ll think before he forgets or uses others. Or at least avoids those that really get under his skin.
