EastEnders spoilers indicate that things seem to be going from bad to worse for the Mitchell family as they soon might find themselves torn apart forever. That’s because Ben Mitchell has been scheming against his own father, Phil. Even though Phil told him that he barely has a pound left to his name, Ben wants to make sure that Phil pays for his deeds. However, that’s not the only problem Phil will be dealing with in the coming weeks. Here’s what you need to know.

Ever since Ben returned to Walford, he’s been nothing but trouble. With his plan backfiring and Louise almost trafficked out of the country, the Mitchell family has never dealt with so much trouble in their lives. After Louise was nearly killed in a crossfire, Phil had a meeting with Danny Hardcastle. Ben had managed to find Keanu’s whereabouts, but by the time he had arrived, Danny hold told Phil that it was Ben’s threats to hurt his mother that nearly kicked everything off. This is something that Phil wasn’t aware of before.
When they arrived home, Ben tried to talk his way out of trouble, but it was a little too late for him. Ben said that he was trying to fool Danny from taking his business way from him, however, he ended up putting Louise’s life in danger in the process.
Back at home, Phil told his wife Sharon that he didn’t expect his own son to betray him the way that he did. While Sharon tried to comfort him and tell him that things will return back to normal, Phil reminded her that they are flat broke. He then admitted to Sharon that he had re-mortgaged the house. Sharon then stormed out of the room after a heated argument between the two. She said that Phil needs to prove that he’s a trustworthy man, otherwise she is done with him and their marriage for good!
