The latest in the Free Britney movement goes a little like this. Britney Spear’s Father, Jamie Spears, actually stepped down as sole conservator of her last year when he had health problems, he appointed a person named Jodi Montgormery to fill in for him when he could not personally do it.
According to the movement, Britney’s overall health has improved with Montgomery being instated as the conservator and not Jamie being the sole conservator. Britney herself has not really made a move to be freed of the conservatorship for reasons which aren’t really clear at this time.
Recently, Jamie-Lynn has started speaking out publicly on her instagram, addressing people from the Free Britney movement in defense of the conservatorship and saying that no one, not even Jamie herself as Britney’s sister, has the right to speak about her mental health and personal issues. Okay, fair, we’ll take that.
But sources have been saying that Britney has wanted this conservatorship to end for awhile. It’s been 12 years, and Britney has prove herself capable of working and making money and performing, but… I guess that isn’t good enough. Then again, we stopped getting peeks into Britney’s private life a long time ago, yeah sure we’ve had sneak peeks on instagram and such, but for the longest time Britney’s been really… private.
Does Jamie-Lynn have something to gain from Britney?
Jamie-Lynn calls the free Britney movement a bunch of conspiracy theorists, but could there be another reaosn why she’s in favor of this conservatorship? I mean, obviously she cares about her sister, but recently court documents show that Jamie-Lynn was named the trustee of Britney’s financial trust and has recently made moves that.
In the event of Britney’s death would make sure that her money and investments would be moved to locked accounts held by Fidellity financial. It looks to be that this would only happen in the event of Britney’s passing, but there’s been speculation over whether this would happen immediately, as in, right now, if her petitioning was successful.
So does Jamie-Lynn have something to gain from this conservatorship? Some people want to know. And also, why all of the sudden planning for Britney’s death, do they know something we don’t? Has Britney been suicidal lately? Did she come down with COVID-19? (God I hope not, no one deserves that.) Has she been partaking in risky behavior that we know nothing about recently?
It just seems awfully strange that they would be planning what would happen in the event of her death when she’s only 37 years old, and as far as we know her health is nowhere in decline. (Although, have to admit here, we don’t really know anything about Britney’s physical health right now.)
What we do know is, someone needs to come out with some kind of public clarification. Her family may mean well, but right now, things are looking all kinds of shady for them. We’ll keep you updated. Stay tuned!!!
