Loren has always been very supportive of others around her. That is one thing we love her for. She uses her fame in a very positive way and this week we saw some of those posts on her Instagram. This week she opened up about how she suffers from body dysmorphia.
This is a mental health disorder when patients feel that they have flaws in the way that they look. This disorder can be crippling for some. She told her fans that she was suffering from this even when she was pregnant.

On the same post, she talked to other women about how it isn’t always the most important thing to lose all the baby weight right away. She said that she had started to put so much pressure on herself that she actually stopped loving herself and her body. She assured her fans that we all need to love ourselves, no matter what we are going through mentally. It is one step toward a happier life.
Loren has also spoken out about her postpartum depression. She told fans that there was a point that it was so bad that she cried for no reason at all pretty much everyday. We can’t imagine having to deal with this in the middle of a pandemic! She told her mom fans that having a glass of wine each day has helped to settle her nerves and she jokingly told them to do the same.
We love Loren and Alexei and when we see them on 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk, they seem to be so happy with one another and we love when Shai comes to watch with them. We hope that Loren is doing better with her depression and we love that she shares her thoughts with her fans. It shows what a truly amazing person she is.
