First, this custody hearing is promising to be Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) biggest mess yet. It seems she’ll make a bold move at her grandson’s custody hearing. Given she’s representing herself, we can’t see this being anything good. Sami’s got a flair for the dramatic, and we imagine she’ll use anything she knows about Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) against the opposition.
We wouldn’t be surprised if Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) gets caught up in her tactics as well. And don’t expect her to keep Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) out of this either. She’s been telling everyone who’ll listen what a terrible decision maker her daughter is. It’ll be a family free-for-all, we’re sure.

In other ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers, Jake and Gabi kiss Wednesday. We saw this scene in the weekly preview, and it looks like they aren’t changing things up much with this potential pairing. We should see that little argument where Jake accuses her of being attracted to him just because he looks like Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). We’re expecting this situation to escalate quickly.

On Tuesday, we saw some tense action between Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). On August 26th, Ciara is trapped in a desperate situation. As in, she’s locked in that dorm room with Ben, who is holding a tie.
We’re still expecting someone, either Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) or her lackey, to intervene at the last second. Eve seemed quite moved by Paige Larson’s (True O’Brien) words Tuesday. And Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) coming to Paige’s grave will likely make her more motivated to stop what she set in motion.

Finally, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Rafe grills a surprising intruder in his home. All the talk online says this is his father, Eduardo Hernandez (A Martinez). Recently, he called Eve and she blew him off. Could it be he’s aware of, or suspects, what she’s got planned?
He just might be reaching out for help since he couldn’t get through to Eve. And who better to go to than Rafe? We’ll be interested in what his real motivation ends up being, as there’s obviously neglect and absence in his story. Maybe this is his way of making amends.
