First, let’s talk about Selim. The poor guy was at home, throwing himself into weddings plans unaware of Cennet Yılmaz’s (Almila Ada) situation. He looked beyond happy. Mom, though? Not so much. She couldn’t believe Selim was planning to marry Kaya Demiröz’s (Devrim Saltoglu) daughter, and objected to the union.
Cennet spoilers reveal Selim is his own man. He doesn’t care what mom says, he’s marrying Cennet. Nilgün has other plans. For now, she’s playing ball, but you could see the relief when they found out Cennet had been in an accident and the ceremony likely couldn’t happen. Speaking of the accident, it was a bad one. Cennet and Melisa Soyer (Zehra Yilmaz) were trapped in the car, which had smoke coming out of it. Really bad smoke effects, by the way. Despite everything, Cennet was not willing to let Melisa give up and did everything she could to keep Melisa awake and fighting to get free.
Thanks to an earlier phone call, Arzu Soyer (Esra Ronabar) found out where they were and could help. She managed to get Melisa free, but Melisa was in such bad shape, the cab driver Arzu hired insisted on them taking her to the hospital right then. Since another bystander was there and helping to free Cennet, Arzu ended up going along. Bad move.

Once Cennet was free of danger, the heartbreaking truth hit her. Her mother chose to leave her in that car. It was yet another abandonment and Cennet couldn’t bear it. So, it looks like any of the progress they made just got tossed out the window.

But wait! There’s more. This bystander seemed surprised by where Cennet lives, and he seemed to really love her name when he heard it. The way he looked, it seems like he’s fixating on her fast. That will play a part in tonight’s episode.
