CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers finds that star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) sure is someone who likes to be very open and candid with her fans and while you might think you know her, there are still a lot of things to learn about her. The brunette beauty recently opened up about some of the things that make her the happiest in her life in a new interview with Soap Opera Digest. Here’s what she has to say.
Jacqueline has been spending a lot of time at home with her family because of the coronavirus. That is perhaps why she has been spending a lot of time watching some of her favorite animated movies from her childhood.

She said, “Now that I have a son, I’m rewatching all the Disney movies and it’s just so nostalgic. We were watching Ariel [from The Little Mermaid] and The Lion King, and I just become an emotional mess watching these movies.”
When asked what her ‘happy place’ might look like, the Daytime Emmy winning actress replied with, “When I am in nature with my family. I was just thinking that my best memories as a child were always in nature with my father, my mother, my grandma. Nature and family are the two things that really ground me.”
Jacqueline also shared her technique on how to get a good night’s rest (she is one of the most energetic soap stars, after all). When she’s having trouble sleeping, Jacqueline says, “I try to do a light meditation to get me back, and usually that works. Someone told me try to stay up and then your body will do the opposite. Or, something natural like a Melatonin.”
