Coming to us from September 14, 2015, this episode features Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) as they finally tie the knot on a beach in Malibu. Beaches are a definite theme for their weddings, but since they live and work in Los Angeles, is that really a surprise? This is potentially one of the sweetest episodes ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ we have seen, and we’re looking forward to it. So, let’s get the throwback spoilers going, shall we?

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers Throwback For July 1: Ridge and Caroline Self-Marry
As we mentioned above and is typical on the show, Ridge and Caroline decided to get married on the beach they’re walking on. It’s a perfect moment for them that they want to capture as it is for eternity. Also, they’re dressed in casual wedding clothing, so it’d make sense to take the next step, right? It makes sense as we all want our happiest moments to be immortalized in some way. The problem they have is there’s no one there to marry them. Yeah, just a wee bit of a problem, right?
But never fear, Ridge is a man known for working out ways to get what he wants, so asked Caroline if he should call Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to officiate, but he also had another plan. Instead of waiting for Carter to come, he thought they could simply share their vows there, and then go to city hall and sign the papers to make it official later. It was a pretty cool idea, and one Caroline agreed with. They shared a tender moment where they professed their love for each other, and then Ridge pronounced them husband and wife.
For a show that’s known for its opulence and extravaganza for weddings, this was as down to earth and frugal as they can be. It’s also a great insight into Ridge’s heart and how he wants things to be perfect for the woman he’s marrying that week. He loves hard, and in doing so wants to make the woman in his life as happy as she can possible be. Do you like Ridge’s idea?
