Even though it’s been less than a week since the Polish film 365 Dni debuted on Netflix, it has managed to not only take the number one spot in many countries around the world, but also make one of its stars, Michele Morrone, an overnight sensation as fans simply can’t get enough of him. In other words, he has everyone repeating, “Baby girl, are you lost?”
In 365 Dni, Michele plays Massimo, a member of the Sicilian Mafia family. His love conquest, Laura, is played by Polish actress Anna Maria Sieklucka. The film follows Laura, a young woman in a spiritless relationship falling for a dominant man with a dangerous lifestyle who imprisons her and gives her 365 days to fall in love with him. The film has drawn parallels with Fifty Shades of Grey, but has also been criticized for kidnapping.

Currently at No. 2 on The Top 10 Netflix list in the U.S., many viewers have taken to their Twitter and social media accounts to express just how much they love the film, or at least how much they love watching the lead actors in front of the cameras. That might be one of the reasons why Italian-born actor Michele Morrone’s popularity has spiked overnight, as his Instagram account now sees over 2.1 million followers and counting.
Some comments on his Instagram account from new fans have included, “Where in the world have you been hiding this entire time? This guy makes Christian Grey from 50 Shades look like a little boy,” along with, “Okay, how am I going to try and find a flight to Sicily in the middle of a pandemic so a mafia boss like you can kidnap me? I don’t need 365 days to make up my mind.”
