EastEnders spoilers have revealed that there could a shock in store for one of the soap’s most beloved couples when the show returns in September. Fans will be left disappointed that they will not be seeing any fresh episodes of the show until later in the year, after it was revealed that the soap had ran out of episodes by the BBC.
However, one actress in the show has now teased that there could be a stunning turn of events when the soap does finally return. Kellie Bright, who plays Linda Carter, has revealed that there could be trouble in store for Linda and Mick when the soap returns.

Fans of the BBC soap saw recently that Mick and Linda have agreed to sign the pub over the Phil and Sharon Mitchell. The decision was taken out of the hands of Linda, as Mick revealed that he believed that selling the pub was the only way that he would be able to help Linda fight her demons. She has been fighting her alcohol addiction for a long time.
But after nearly dying on the night of the boat party, she vowed to never drink again. Bright has admitted that while Linda understands why Mick made the decision he did, she will be feeling ‘lost’ as being a landlady was the only thing that she knew how to do. Now, Linda must find her place back within the family, and Bright has revealed that Linda could find that difficult.

Mick has been doing everything he can to ensure that there is a future for their family, and his decision to sell the Queen Vic is the biggest example of that. He has stood by his wife as she has been going through this difficult period, and it is incredibly hard that he will sit back and watch their relationship fizzle out.
However, it has always been clear that Mick’s priority is the future of his son. That means should Linda threaten to derail the balance that Ollie is used too, then he may be forced to accept that their relationship has run its course. However, fans will be hoping that they will be hoping that Linda and Mick can get through the adjustment period.
