Former Soap star Lori Loughlin is about to have an even worse summer than the rest of us. The former daytime television actress and Fuller House star has landed herself two months in jail. The actress and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy charges in connection with the college admissions scandal, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office. Here’s what you need to know.

Lori was fired from the Hallmark channel after reports indicated that she and her husband Mossimo (of Target t-shirt fame), were indicted for apparently bribing college admission administrators to accept their daughters, Olivia and Isabella, into prestigious universities. Lori’s When Calls the Heart character was written out of the show shortly after the scandal made headlines.

According to CNN, as part of their plea agreement, the actress will be sentenced to two months in prison and Giannulli will be sentenced to five months in prison, subject to the court’s approval. In addition, Lori faces a $150,000 fine, two years of supervised release and 100 hours of community service, and Giannulli faces a $250,000 fine, two years of supervised release and 250 hours of community service.

Even though Lori is best known for her role as ‘Aunt Becky’ on Full House and then Netflix’s revival Fuller House, she was also a daytime television star who played a character by the name of Jody on The Edge Of Night. The series first debuted in 1956 as a mystery series and soap opera. Lori was a member of the long-running series from 1980 to 1983. The soap revolved around attorney Mike Karr and the different crimes and mysteries that shook the residents of the city of Monticello.
