Bravo ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ spoilers finds that many television shows are taking their time with the premieres because of the Coronavirus pandemic. This summer should be interesting with all of the shows taking breaks or premieres getting pushed back. One of these shows is the Real Housewives of Potomac. This will be the fifth season for the show and viewers are a little sad that it won’t premiere on the May 3rd date as previously thought.

The coronavirus pandemic has stopped a lot of shows from filming during this time and this is not the only one. Shows such as The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of Dallas, and the Real Housewives of Orange County are all halted due to the pandemic. Bravo isn’t too worried about the network losing ratings at this time because it does have other new shows that will premiere soon. Married to Medicine Los Angeles is a new one that will premiere on May 3 as planned.

Even the reunion episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta will be filmed remotely and the stars of that show will have to film themselves with updates. Andy Cohen spoke out about these shows on his radio show. “Listen, this is obviously not how we would prefer to do it, but life is not how we prefer it right now. We want to be in the same room, but we cannot risk the health and safety of our Housewives and our incredible crew in Georgia. We need to reset the table with the ladies in Atlanta. If we wait for this pandemic to be over for when we all are in the same room, it’s going to delay everything. We need to move forward. We need to live in reality right now, and reality right now is if we’re going to do this, we’re going to do this virtually.”

Cohen is remaining positive about all of the Real Housewife shows right now and he has been healing from the coronavirus himself. He wants to look ahead at the good things to come and try not to linger on the pandemic. He wants to do what he can with the housewives and keep fans informed on any changes. He is currently filming Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen from his home and he also said that Summer House’s reunion episode will also be filmed remotely. Stay tuned for updates on the Real Housewives of Potomac season premiere.
