Bravo ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ spoilers finds that there is a brand new season of the show coming up and there is a new cast member. Dr. Wendy Osefo is the newest housewife to join the show. This is the fifth season of the show and Bravo is very excited about Osefo’s part in it. Wendy recently posted a message to her fans of her Instagram page, “Thank you all for the love and support. I am humbled and honored to have been chosen to join the cast of such an extraordinary franchise. As the first Nigerian housewife in Bravo TV franchise history, I do not take my role and the symbolism of what I represent to so many people for granted.”

The original housewives on the show are Gizelle Bryant, Robyn Dixon, Karen Huger, and Ashley Darby. Monique Samuels came onto the show in the second season as well. Candiace Dillard is now part of the show too. Wendy is going to add a new type of woman to the show. She is the first Nigerian woman in the show’s history, so fans are very excited about that.

Wendy will be working as well as taking on a strong role on the show. She said that she is “a wife, mother of three children, professor and political commentator. I am excited to show the world that women can wear many hats, and the term ‘wife’ and ‘mother’ do not limit nor define who and what we are as individuals. And while women can have it all, it often comes at a price. I look forward to showing the many sides of womanhood, showcasing my cultural roots, and letting people know that ‘Black Girls Rock’ is not just a catch phrase, but a way of life!” Many of the housewives were excited to show her some support on her Instagram post as well. Gizelle wrote on her Instagram, “Welcome Wen Day!!”
We hope that Wendy and the other women can get along just fine and we will find out on May 3rd ay 8 p.m. EST on the Bravo Network.
