CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers tease that fans will get treated to a great trip down memory lane with some classic episodes of their favorite soap. As a matter of fact, many fans will get to relive all of the drama along with the fashion and the glamour when Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) decided to show Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) just how much she meant to him by marrying her in one of the most luxurious places in the planet, Dubai.
As many fans can recall, it was a memorable episode fromeJune of 2014 that had fans talking for many weeks to come. That’s because it was also the episode in which everyone witnessed Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) tragic fall. “I’ve been fascinated with Dubai and Abu Dhabi for quite some time because of their spectacular skylines rising up out of the desert on the Persian Gulf and the fantastic convergence of diverse international cultures,” said executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell at the time.

Of course, Dubai wasn’t the only exotic location that the cast and crew of The Bold and the Beautiful got to film in. There were also episodes from Italy, Australia and Monaco, which has recently prompted many fans to ask this same question: are soaps no longer filming in exotic locations because of budget cuts? Does this mean that we won’t get to see anymore fairytale weddings in the Italian Riviera?
The answer is maybe. With coronavirus (COVID-19) putting even more of a budget strain on the networks, there’s a good chance that we might be seeing less glamour and glitz and more of a green screen in the same way that we saw when Ridge followed Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) to Las Vegas. We are hoping that we are wrong, but for now it looks like life will have to sit in the fictional town of Los Angeles in the meantime for the Logan, Forrester, and Spencer legacy families.
Of course, fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what happens next.
