CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that star Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) has a special way of keeping busy during the coronavirus quarantine and it’s one that she recommends all of her fans do, too. Here’s what she has to say.
Sharing a photo of her completed puzzle along with the hashtag ‘Stimulate your brain,’ Katherine captioned it with, “One of the brain benefits of puzzles is that they increase the production of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that regulates mood, memory, and concentration. Dopamine is released with every success as we solve the puzzle. Who else is doing puzzles during this time? Dom and I had so much fun with this puzzle.”

The actress also added, “I forgot how much I like to do them. It wasn’t easy. It took us 3 days and we spent a lot of time on it. But we are hooked. We are waiting for another puzzle in the mail. This landscape is Vernazza, a town located in the province of La Spezia, Liguria. It is one of the 5 towns that make up the Cinque Terre region in Italy. Vernazza has no car traffic and remains one of the truest fishing villages on the Italian Riviera.”
Of course, it didn’t take long for her social media followers to respond to the photo. Quite a few of them left comments such as, “My 5 year old is getting into it and she love it. My only thing with the big puzzles is that I won’t know where to put them once done? Do you break it up ? Do you frame them?” along with, “Home sweet home are from La Spezia and Vernazza we go to the beach there. It is a wonderful country like all of Liguria, we look forward to seeing you soon.”
Another fan wrote, “My autistic son.. It takes him 3 days for a 1000 pieces puzzle.. The third one was finished today.. We gonna give him another two for his birthday celebration tomorrow.”
