CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that although we didn’t get an episode today, we got this new promo video of what’s coming up! Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is convinced that his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may have had something to do with a murder when he was younger. In particular, his childhood friend’s father. There isn’t much evidence that points toward Victor, but it looks like Adam is ready to look for it. He’ll have to be careful though. As he says in the video, if he’s wrong it could start a war.
We see Adam on the phone with his friend, Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) discussing finding evidence that points to Victor as the killer. He wants to keep digging and will now turn this into a long storyline that ultimately comes up empty and has Victor outsmarting him, am I right?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Back At It – Going After Victor
Meanwhile, it looks like Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will be defending Adam to his brother, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). While Adam is actually out looking for clues to accuse Victor of murder, Chelsea tells Nick he just wants peace and to move on. Nick knows Adam is up to something and he’ll be prepared.
What would happen if Victor was guilty? Has it been too long to charge him or would he be forced to serve time? If Victoria is well enough to come back full time, would the entire company fall in Nick’s lap? While it’s a long shot, it’s always interesting to think about. Victor has been in jail before, but for something like this, he’d be unlikely to get out. What do you think? Will Adam find anything that links Victor to the murder?
