Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Don Diamont, who plays Bill Spencer on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “This is not a moment that was planned. In fact, that is the last thing on his mind. But truth be told, Bill has strong feelings for Brooke and this organically happens and turns into a kiss that lingers and lingers some more. It is really several kisses tied up into one kiss.”

With that said, it doesn’t sound like any fans out there are complaining. While the actor does admit that his character has an ability to compartmentalize, Don says that Bill still does have some genuine feelings for Brooke Logan. That’s what fans are hoping for as the last time that we got to see Bill in this kind of action was when he was sleeping with his daughter-in-law, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
