CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) are awfully close to getting in a full-on relationship, but why? It’s been a terrible mess between them, Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). It feels like the writers are just forcing Lola and Theo together so they can rub it in Kyle’s face. Lola hasn’t shown much if any real interest in Theo unless Kyle is around, and Theo’s an honest to goodness dirtbag. So why are we being subjected to this abuse?
Lola and Kyle didn’t work out, mostly because of Summer. We can see it though. Fine. There’s a lot of history between Kyle and Summer and unresolved feelings. So that can be a thing, and seeing how Lola copes with it could be an interesting storyline, unfortunately for us we’re being shown a terrible romance that shouldn’t happen.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Lola And Theo (Thola?) – What Did We Do To Deserve This?
The first time we saw the two kiss was after Theo ran to tell on Kyle to Lola. Out of sheer shock and surprise, Lola pushed Theo against the freezer and began kissing him. Their next kiss was after Theo ran to Lola because of Kyle. Oh, wait? I’m beginning to see a pattern here. So, Lola only kisses Theo to get back at Kyle. What a surprise.
Now, they’re on the verge of their first date. Lola asked him what he would do if she said yes. Together, they essentially plan out their perfect first date and then we see them share their first “real” kiss. Where is this coming from though? Theo has been snooping around, trying to get Lola, sure. Though, where does Lola turn around and get feelings for Theo? It feels so forced and not real, like a revenge plan to get back at Kyle.
