EastEnders Spoilers tell us there is set to be an emotional farewell in Walford next week as Bex Fowler makes her exit. She has been wanting to leave the area for some time now, but her mother has constantly battled to keep Bex around. She has even gone to severe lengths to ensure that she can’t leave, by stealing her passport and hiding it away from here.
It hasn’t been the easiest couple of months for Bex, but Sonia will come to the realisation next week that her daughter should be allowed to whatever she wants to do. There are set to be emotional scenes as she finally makes her exit from Walford.
EastEnders Spoilers: Tough Year For Bex
Fans have been engaged with Bex’s storylines over the past couple of years, as she struggled to come to terms with anxiety and mental health issues. She was under pressure to go to university, and that eventually led to her trying to take her own life. Since that attempt, Sonia hasn’t let Bex out of her sight, but there could be trouble ahead if she doesn’t let her daughter leave.
Sonia’s reluctance to allow Bex the freedom that she wants has led to her becoming more insistent that she needs to leave. Martin clearly thinks that the change will be good for his daughter, but he will have a tough job convincing Sonia to let her go.
EastEnders Spoilers: Bex Packs Her Bags
Viewers will see next week that she has finally packed her bags, and is set on moving away. However, when she can’t find her passport, Sonia is the first person to blame. Later in the episode, Sonia will talk to Max and Jack, and they will tell her that she needs to open her eyes. Fans will become emotional later in the episode when Sonia finds a letter from Whitney expressing why she needs to leave.
Sonia will then admit that she was selfish to want to keep Bex at home and allow her daughter to spread her wings with her blessing. There will be emotional scenes ahead for EastEnders fans.
