That’s also the reason why she asked Katie Logan (Heather Tom) to keep her secret to herself. Unfortunately, the cat is now out of the bag and Sally’s ex Wyatt Spencer can’t believe that she wouldn’t tell him something so important as this. The fashion designer is dying, yet the man that she spent so much time in bed with had no clue about it up until now.

If there’s one person who is going to be targeted, it’s Wyatt’s mother, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer). After all, she was the one who encouraged Wyatt to dump Sally for Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden).
