‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to set the stage for a new week with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The week of Monday, April 27 to Friday, May 1 looks like it’s going to be a smoke and mirrors one as Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) overdoses.
It looks like we’re entering the end stage portion of this storyline as Nick will hit rock bottom.
While they’re enroute to the gas station, Nick’s withdrawals will start to kick in. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s tried to get Nick to admit he has a problem.
This will be the proof Nick hasn’t wanted to voice. Adam will tell him it’s okay to take his pills if he needs them.
That’s going to prove an interesting comment since Adam will return to Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) alone.
The weekly preview shows Nick’s over dose. Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will watch Nick overdose after finding Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams).
We don’t see anyway the show will kill Nick off, so we expect a serious misdirection.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the week of Monday, April 27 to Friday, May1: Adam betrays Nick?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are curious how the writers will play this storyline out.
Adam’s going to try to be supportive and show tough love by encouraging Nick to take his pills. Granted, it’d be safer if Nic is functional and not twitching when they confront Matt.
It’s also a challenge to Nick to give in and keep popping the pills or pull himself out of it.
It makes sense, but it looks like it backfires.
Adam will return to the hotel alone and Chelsea will be worried. It looks like he’ll abandon Nick and the others, but we think they’ll be in the hospital.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the week of Monday, April 27 to May 1: Nick’s not dead
The weekly spoiler does a great job making us think Nick dies rescuing Sharon and Noah. Who knows, maybe the show will actually kill someone off, but we think it’ll be Matt.
Matt told Nick before his goal is to destroy him and watch him overdose. So, when Nick does Matt will be happy and have a laugh from a safe location.
However, we expect Adam will save Nick by getting him help or doing it himself.
He’ll be tired and worried when he returns to Chelsea, but he’ll have an answer for Chelsea that isn’t all doom and gloom.
Will Nick be killed off? Let us know in the comments below.
