Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, March 17: Soul searching
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers return to Alamainia. It seems Leo and Dimitri wonder what’s left for them in Salem. That’s a good question. Leo’s heartbroken after that disaster of a call from Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon). And it’s not like Dimitri is a loved part of the DiMera family.
Plus, they don’t know for sure this plan is really going to work. And even if it does, they still committed a crime by breaking Dimitri out of police custody. So, if the Salem PD actually did their job properly, they’d both be facing charges. Especially since Leo pulled a fire alarm to facilitate that escape.

Elsewhere, Ari opens up to Gabi DiMera (Cherie Jimenez). We all know things have been back and forth between Ari and Holly of late. And the weekly promo shows another fight is ahead. So, we imagine Holly’s behavior is continuing to escalate and Ari doesn’t know how to deal with it. We’ll see if Gabi’s advice will change anything between the two.
Speaking of advice, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) gives some to Holly. Now that Holly knows she’s not pregnant, we imagine Sarah will continue to be worried about what else might be going on. She should suggest Holly get some blood work done immediately, but we’ll see if that’s the case. Or if Holly will react well to that. Even if Sarah doesn’t mention drugs again, Holly might jump to that and get testy again. Especially if Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) has managed to get more of those meds to Holly.

Finally, Marlena comforts Rachel Black. As you probably heard, the character will now be played by Lorelei Mote. We’re curious to see what changes, if any, will be made to the character after a recast, since Rachel definitely changed from what we saw with Finley Rose Slater when Alice Halsey was in the role.
As for the new actress’ story, she’s definitely coming in at an interesting time. We assume the comforting might be in anticipation of that hearing to determine what happens now that Rachel confessed to shooting her uncle. Plus, she has Sophia pressuring her to make secret deliveries.
