‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Michael Takes the Stand This Week
During the week of January 5th to 9th, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will take the stand at Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will grill Michael after Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) admits that she was really with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) the night of Drew’s shooting.
It’s going to be a big mess. Tracy definitely won’t be happy with Alexis for sinking Michael’s alibi, but Alexis is doing her duty as a lawyer to help free her client.
Plus, she wants Drew to allow her to see Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinate). That said, Tracy will also be called upon to testify.
Alexis had to pivot and devise a foolproof strategy after Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) testimony backfired.
This week, Tracy realizes the truth about what happened on the night in question. It’s possible that Tracy may remember a crucial detail.
Drew had already been shot when Tracy arrived on the scene. Perhaps, she’ll remember seeing Willow around Drew’s home.
Since Michael has been so protective of his kids, Tracy may realize that Michael saw Willow, too.
Remember, Michael was also outside Drew’s house the night of the shooting. Michael may be horrified that his children’s mother shot someone.
Conversely, Tracy could also discover that Michael is the culprit. However, Tracy would never let Michael go down. She would get up on the stand and lie to protect her family.
We’re unsure which way it will go, but right now, it looks like either Willow or Michael shot Drew. Whatever the case, a major shocker is coming.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Could GH Pull Off an Unexpected Twist?
Whether you’re team Michael or empathize with Willow for whatever reason, it appears that either Willow or Michael tried to kill Drew.
Whatever the case, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ail) also uncover the truth this week.
The answer may lie with the ringtone Kai and Trina heard that night. It was Scout’s ringtone. Scout could have been trying to call Willow and get in touch with her dad.
While the culprit’s identity will soon be revealed, it may be only the viewers who will know who shot Drew, and potentially a handful of characters.
If it is Michael, Tracy will obviously keep her mouth shut. It makes sense because the audience learns the truth, but others may remain in the dark for the time being.
The co-head writers of GH, Elizabeth Korte and Chris Van Etten, strongly hinted that they would handle the story by making the shooter clear to the audience, but not all the characters involved will know yet.
That means that the shooter could very well be Michael. Many GH fans believe Willow is guilty. Or, the writers may have a massive twist ahead.
We don’t think GH could pull off a child shooter the way Days of Our Lives did with ten -year -old Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) when she shot her uncle, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerreigel). The twist was a huge shock.
We can’t really see Scout shooting her father either. Regardless, we’ll find out who shot Drew soon enough. Hopefully, the payoff will be worth the wait.
